Biography and Qualifications

Francis has over 17 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. He spent 4 years serving in the United States Air Force where he worked with a medical evacuation unit in the first Gulf War. He went on to acquire a bachelor's degree in sports medicine/exercise physiology from Southeast Missouri State University. While interning at St. Francis Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, he gained valuable experience with cardiovascular, orthopedic and physical rehab patients.

Francis' education, training and experience enable him to use an individualized approach to assess, motivate, educate and train his clients regarding their health and fitness needs. He designs a safe, customized and effective exercise program and provides the guidance needed to help his clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals. He has excellent knowledge of biomechanical concepts, training adaptations, anatomy, exercise and physiology. Francis has extensive experience designing and implementing strength and core training and conditioning programs. His diverse background and experience has enabled him to work effectively with special populations, general fitness and athletes alike. He has worked with professional golfers, baseball, hockey and football players. He has also worked with competitive ice skaters and bobsled athletes. Francis has several high profile clients and offers his services in the privacy of your home or at a state of art facility.

Staying physically fit and healthy is a priority for Francis. He is a competitive endurance athlete including mountain biking, off road triathlons and adventure racing.
